| 1. Start off with clean, fresh nails and cut to the style you like it to be. |

| These are the three nail polishes I have decided to go with - the BYS colour change polish for my nails, Ulta3 baby pink for my ring fingers and Ulta3 lily white to be the love hearts. |

| 2. Apply your first choice of nail polish, excluding the ring fingers. |

| 3. Taking your second polish, apply onto the ring fingers. |
 |
| 4. Pretending that this strip of tissue paper is tape, cut out a strip long enough to cover your finger nail. |

| 5. Fold the tape in half, and cut out half of a heart out. Drawing is optional, if you feel that it just makes life easier and neater. |
 |
| 6. Apply the tape directly onto your nail, making sure that it is securely stuck on so the nail polish does not run through. |
 |
| 7. Paint over the tape and quickly remove the tape while the polish is still wet. Then finish it off with top coat! |
