Humid Days

So, the weather today was sort of cloudy, with a humid atmosphere and I didn't know how to tackle this weather out. At one point I decided not to continue on with the shoot because it was just too cloudy! But, the sun was kind enough to shine for a good ten minutes, so thank the heavens for that! Take note, these photographs were taken by Jan Kenneth Martizano, using an iPhone! That's right, an iPhone....so the quality of these pictures aren't exactly top notch. BUT I WAS DYING TO DO MY REAL, FIRST PROPER BLOG POST. As I pointed out before, I am quite the budget shopper, so let me just tell you that not a single item I am wearing costed over $15.

Bonjour!

So like, what do "new" bloggers post for their first post? Not sure, though here is a few little things about me, and "A Thrift Kind of Love".

First off, my name is Beth residing in Australia, bringing forth to you the latest trends in fashion, my inspiration, and OOTD posts. I am a future fashion design student, commencing in 2013 and budget shopper is my middle name. I'm all for the colour pink, and my boyfriend is my photographer.

My blog name came from days of thinking, and I chose this as my faith in God is a little like thrifting for it, rare, unique and most definitely one of a kind. Through this blog, I eventually want to be known, and dream to be like Nicole Warne, (Gary Pepper) who actually is my inspiration in starting this. (Doesn't hurt a girl to dream, right? Haha)
